Nothing is more aggravating than blocking off your afternoon for a technician who never arrives. We commit to a window and honor it, and the person we send is a background-checked, drug-tested employee.

Our technicians are trained on more than 50 brands and keep their trucks stocked with common parts, so most Lutherville repairs are solved in one trip. When a fix no longer makes financial sense, we will tell you plainly rather than run up the bill.

Every repair is protected by a 90-day money-back guarantee, and the 2,000+ verified 4.9-star Google reviews are proof that it holds up.

If I call this morning, how soon could a technician reach me?

In most cases, we can have a tech to you in 48 hours. Call before noon and there is a good chance we can reach you even sooner, often with the right part already on the truck.

Are 21093 and 21094 in your service area?

We work across every Lutherville ZIP code and neighborhood.

I live in a neighboring town. Do you service the areas around Lutherville?

We have you covered there too. We regularly work the nearby Baltimore County communities, including Towson, Cockeysville, and Pikesville. If you are unsure whether your street qualifies, call and we will tell you straight away.

hich appliance brands can your technicians actually handle?

They're trained on over 50 brands, spanning everyday brands like GE, LG, and Whirlpool through premium lines like Bosch, Speed Queen, and Sub-Zero.

Are you just an appliance repair company, or do you sell them as well?

Landers is a service company that sells appliances, not a sales company that also does service, so the technician diagnosing your unit has nothing to gain by steering you toward a replacement. When you are ready to shop, you can browse our appliances here.

Are your technicians employees or subcontractors?

Every technician we send is a Landers employee, not a subcontractor. Each one has been background-checked and drug-tested, and the person who arrives at your Lutherville home answers to us for the quality of the repair.

This is my go to place for appliance purchases and repairs. They are knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. If they can walk you through a problem by phone before scheduling a service call they do so.

Great place to have appliances repaired and to purchase new appliances. Fast, friendly and highly qualified at a reasonable cost. Their technician George is great to work with and definitely knows appliances. They’re not the cheapest guys in town but they are one of the best. New appliances are delivered quickly and sometimes with a competitive sale price. Highly recommend.

We have purchased appliances from Landers for about 15-20 years. We are always treated respectfully and professionally by everyone during the buying process and every service call. Thank you Landers.
