They took their time both diagnosing and fixing the issue to make sure the job was done right. I mean, at one point, I forgot Anthony was in the basement, lol. They come when they say they will and do the job. They also call afterwards to make sure it’s working once you’ve had the chance to run a few loads. I will not waste my time and money on Puls again.

Anthony repaired my Samsung gas stove in no time at all. From the initial call to closing the ticket Landers customer service was great, they worked with my schedule, Anthony called ahead and was on time, he explained was was wrong, and stayed to make sure it was working as expected. I will call them again for any appliance service I need.
