Very pleased with the service received. Called in and spoke with a pleasant service rep both times and was on the schedule the next day. Dante was the service tech that came out and he could not have been more pleasant, polite, and professional. He is an asset to your company!

Landers was on time, courteous, helpful and not trying to sell me something I don’t need. We have used them multiple times with no issues. Purchased a range from them at a very reasonable price when compared to Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. Julian, the saleserson was responsive, knowledgeable and forthright.

Platinum service from the first phone call. Speaking with a human who asked to determine what service I was calling about then explaining basic costs, potential that part might not be on the truck (it was) and scheduling me. The technician called 10 minutes in advance, arrived and was both professional and cordial. Lander's was able to repair the Samsung dryer, provided a three month guarantee on that item, and cleaned up as no one has been there. The repair costs was reasonable and clearly explained and documented. The repair cost certainly beat purchasing a new dryer even at the most basic level. There is NO AI with Lander's, real people all the time. I recommend without reservations given my age and long experience over the years with appliances, their quirks, and problems.

The technicians were prompt and very professional. They kept me informed of what they were doing throughout the visit. When my service call was completed they explained everything to me. I would highly recommend them. They will be my company of choice for any future repairs to my refrigerator and freezer.

Great service man that came out, however by the time he got here it had reset itself and was working. I guess it wanted me to pay a service fee to working again. Lol

Contacted Landers for service on a dishwasher that wasn't draining. Scheduling process was easy — requested appt online late in the evening, next morning someone called to confirm and was even able to offer an earlier, next day, appt. Day of appt, received a text when the tech was on his way saying he'd be there in 15 minutes, he actually arrived in 5. Tech quickly found the problem, a clogged drain line, and was able to resolve. They were honest about the issue and didn't turn what was a simple fix into a costly repair!

Had work done on Oven and refrigerator. The tech named C.J. did an excellent repair of both with the proper parts and with no troubles. Very happy with C.J. and this company. I feel good knowing I can call them for appliance problems and get fast, reliable service. Highly recommend!

Appreciate the outstanding service provided on my refrigerator by Landers. I requested service online, promptly received a call back, and had a visit the next day from John. He arrived promptly and figured out the issue with my refrigerator, which was an unusual one. I had spent several hours on DIY fixes and head-scratching, but he solved the puzzle in a few minutes and had it fixed soon after that. Thanks!!!

This company came on time with a professional employee. I thought I had an issue with my ice machine thinking it had to be replaced. It ended up being a water filter in the refrigerator. It his was quicker and cheaper than what I expected. I know have lined them up to replace an above stove microwave.

Edit- Malcolm was our Tech’s name! First time customer and they will definitely be on the top of our call list when need another repair. Our technician was amazing! He was so professional and nice! I am sorry but I cannot remember his name. There was some type of warranty from Whirlpool and he made me aware that they would put the claim in for me. You definitely have a great employee.

We had Landers repair a dryer that had electronics that were no good anymore. The technician, CJ, couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. He correctly diagnosed the problem (later confirmed by a factory tech) on Friday, and Landers had the parts in on Monday and CJ fixed it on Tuesday. He explained the problem thoroughly and was very patient while we decided whether or not we wanted them to do the repair. Experiences like this are why we always use Landers. (Note: The price stated was Lander's service charge and does not include the cost of the parts.)
