We charge a flat, fixed price to come out to your home and diagnose the problem with your broken appliance. Our technician will explain the reason for the needed repair. He will quote you a job price taken right out of the Major Appliance Service National Price Guide (MASPG), the “blue book” in the appliance industry, and he will even tell you if he thinks it is worth repairing or not.
The service charge varies by brand, ranging from $169.95 for standard brands and up to $249.95 for boutique brands such as Miele, Lacanche, Asko, etc.
No, we believe in providing transparent pricing. Service companies who claim to do this have increased their labor rates to account for their “free” quote. We decided decades ago that this is disingenuous and only have upfront transparent pricing.
We service all appliance brands. View an entire list here.
We typically offer same-day or next-day scheduling, but availability may vary during peak seasons.
Our technicians carry common parts in their service vehicles, allowing for first-visit repairs in about 70% of cases. In some instances, a return visit may be required. If we must schedule a return visit with parts, we do not charge an additional service charge on the return trip. You pay the same price regardless if we are able to fix it same day or need to order parts and return at a later date.
We offer two five hour timeframes, morning and afternoon to accommodate your busy schedule. For a more precise estimate, contact us the day before or the morning of your appointment.
Yes, always! Either our technician or a customer service coordinator will call to notify you before arrival. We can even schedule ‘call to meet’ appointments, giving you at least 30 minutes’ notice before our technician arrives.
Yes, we offer a range of brands, including LG, Bosch, Speed Queen, GE, Samsung, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, Electrolux, and Beko.
The showroom is open from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. For evening appointments, email sales@landersappliance.com.
We no longer sell appliance parts over the counter.
We cannot guarantee specific technician requests due to neighborhood zoning, but we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.
We offer a $25 credit towards a new appliance if you choose not to repair after our service visit.
We do not install parts purchased elsewhere and recommend caution when using non-factory authorized parts because quality and warranties vary so greatly. We only use factory original parts, and we apply our labor warranty on top of the part warranty when we provide the part. If we did install customer supplied parts, we would not provide labor warranty if the new part failed.
We usually only install new appliances we’ve sold. Send an email to info@landersappliance.com with your request, installation area photos, and the model and serial numbers of both old and new products. We will consider your inquiry based on our current job capacity.
