Landers Appliance — SMS Privacy Policy (The Landers List)
What we collect. When you join the Landers List, we collect your mobile phone number, your name, and — if you complete our sign-up form — the appliance categories you’re interested in, the approximate age of those appliances, and your email address. When you text us, we also keep the content of that conversation so our team can help you.
How we use it. We use this information to send you your monthly Landers List deals, to personalize which deals you see, to respond when you text us, and to follow up on deals you’ve expressed interest in. That’s the whole use.
What we never do. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party. We do not sell your phone number. We do not rent our list.
Service providers. We use SimpleTexting, our text-messaging platform, to send and receive messages on our behalf. They process your number and messages solely to operate this program for us and are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose. We may also store your information in our customer database and email system to keep your Landers records in one place.
Opting out and deletion. Text STOP to 443-302-1677 at any time to stop receiving messages. To have your information deleted from the program entirely, email info@landersappliance.com or call 410-682-3232 and we’ll remove it.
Retention. We keep program information for as long as you’re on the List and as needed for our business records afterward.
