He diagnosed and repair my refrig within an hour. The cost was reasonable and I believe competitive; about $350. I would recommend Landers, a smaller, family owned company. The big & popular guys were way too busy to respond in a timely manner. When your refrig in not cooling, you really can not go days without service. The fee paid for the repair was equal to the lost of food I would have experienced if Landers did not respond and repair my refrig the same day. "
