Few things are worse than waiting on a technician who never shows. We give you an arrival window and we keep it, and the person at your door is a background-checked, drug-tested Landers employee, not a subcontractor.

Our technicians are trained on more than 50 brands and keep their trucks stocked with common parts, so most Dundalk repairs are finished on the first visit. When an appliance is not worth repairing, we tell you honestly.

Every repair is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee, and our 2,000+ 4.9-star verified Google reviews show that the work holds up.

How soon can a technician get to me in Dundalk?

In most cases we can reach you within 48 hours, and we will hold to the arrival window we give you. If you call before noon, we can often schedule you sooner.

Do you cover all of Dundalk?

Yes, we offer appliance service to every part of Dundalk, from the historic planned neighborhoods to the homes along the waterfront.

Do you service other Baltimore communities?

We serve those too, including Essex and Sparrows Point, along with Edgemere and Rosedale. If you are not sure whether your address is in our area, please call us and we will confirm it for you.

Will I know what the repair costs before you begin?

Yes. Our prices come from a national repair price guide rather than a figure invented on the spot, and your technician explains the cost before any work begins. Every repair is backed by our 90-day money-back guarantee.

Does Landers also sell appliances?

Landers is a service company that sells appliances, not a sales company that also does service, so the technician diagnosing your unit has nothing to gain by steering you toward a replacement. When you are ready to shop, you can browse our appliances here.

Which appliance brands do you service?

We service more than 50 brands, from everyday names like GE, LG, and Whirlpool to premium lines like Bosch, Speed Queen, and Sub-Zero. Our technicians are trained across all of them.

This is my go to place for appliance purchases and repairs. They are knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. If they can walk you through a problem by phone before scheduling a service call they do so.

Great place to have appliances repaired and to purchase new appliances. Fast, friendly and highly qualified at a reasonable cost. Their technician George is great to work with and definitely knows appliances. They’re not the cheapest guys in town but they are one of the best. New appliances are delivered quickly and sometimes with a competitive sale price. Highly recommend.

We have purchased appliances from Landers for about 15-20 years. We are always treated respectfully and professionally by everyone during the buying process and every service call. Thank you Landers.
