There is nothing worse than rearranging your day for a technician who never turns up. We give you an arrival window and keep it, and the person we send is a background-checked, drug-tested Landers employee.

Our technicians are trained across 50+ brands and keep parts on the truck, so most Parkville repairs are done in one visit. When an appliance has truly reached the end of the road, we tell you honestly instead of selling you a repair that won't last.

Every repair is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee, and the 2,000+ verified 4.9-star Google reviews show that we mean it.

How soon can a technician get out to me in Parkville?

A tech can typically be there within 48 hours, and we will give you an arrival window we hold to. Call before noon, and we can often get to you sooner.

Is 21234 inside your service area?

Yes, we cover all of Parkville and the 21234 ZIP code, from the Harford Road corridor to the neighborhoods around Double Rock Park.

What if I live out toward Carney or Overlea?

You are covered there too. We regularly work the neighboring Baltimore County communities, including Carney, Overlea, and Perry Hall. If you are not sure your street is in our range, give us a call, and we will confirm.

My appliance is old. Should I even bother repairing it?

Often, yes, and that is a decision we will help you make honestly. Your technician will tell you whether a repair is the smart move or whether the appliance has run its course, so you are not pouring money into something past saving. If replacing it makes more sense, you can browse appliances in our showroom or shop online.

Will I know what the repair costs before you start?

Yes. Your technician explains the cost before any work begins, and every repair is backed by our 90-day money-back guarantee.

Which appliance brands can you work on?

More than 50, from everyday names like GE, LG, and Whirlpool to premium lines like Bosch, Speed Queen, and Sub-Zero. Our technicians are trained across all of them.

This is my go to place for appliance purchases and repairs. They are knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. If they can walk you through a problem by phone before scheduling a service call they do so.

Great place to have appliances repaired and to purchase new appliances. Fast, friendly and highly qualified at a reasonable cost. Their technician George is great to work with and definitely knows appliances. They’re not the cheapest guys in town but they are one of the best. New appliances are delivered quickly and sometimes with a competitive sale price. Highly recommend.

We have purchased appliances from Landers for about 15-20 years. We are always treated respectfully and professionally by everyone during the buying process and every service call. Thank you Landers.
