A service charge will be due at the time of service for our trip and diagnostic fee. Once the technician is on-site and determines the problem with your appliance, you will be quoted for the repair (part, tax, and labor) which is in addition to the service charge. We price all jobs according to the Major Appliance Service National Price Guide, the leading industry “blue book” job rate guide.

Service Charge Rates

Service Charge rates begin at $169.95 and are broken down as follows:

• Standard Brands – $169.95

• Upgraded Brands – $199.95

• Premium Brands with minimal support – $259.95

Additional Service Charge Add-Ons

Please note, service charge add-ons may apply for appliances such as:

• Stackable combinations

• Built-in units

• Stand-alone icemakers

• Appliances that require a second technician

• Appliances located in a high-rise or commercial building

• Appliances located in certain zip code areas
