Is the machine in good physical condition, or does it show signs of obvious deterioration? Does the machine run smoothly, or does it operate inconsistently and emit strange noises, odors, leaks, etc.? Second, we look at the overall costs of repair versus replacement. If we discover that the cost to repair is greater than the cost of a new appliance, we will recommend a replacement. So if the machine is in good shape and the repairs are less than 50% of the overall replacement costs, our technicians will likely recommend repairs! The decision is always up to the customer. But our technicians will provide their professional expertise.
