Had a problem with rinse cycle on washing machine. Steve with Landers Appliance provided prompt courteous service. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part and scheduled a return visit. He timely kept the appointment and installed the replacement part. He tested the pump and wash/rinse cycles to ensure issue resolved. Great job. Covered under warranty.
Servicemen were friendly and professional. Gave advice that dishwasher was placed on childlock and that’s why none of the buttons worked even after turning the house’s power. Clothes washer water supply lines were previously installed backwards.

Service was quick and professional.
We had a dryer issue that made it sound like it was going to explode every time we turned it on. Robert came with kindness and confidence, and once he said hello to all of my dogs who love to ‘help’, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues. He was in and out quickly and left the dryer seemingly good as new! I would recommend him to the moon and back!
Our GE washing machine suddenly stopped draining and spinning. I called Landers based on the Google reviews, and they did not disappoint. Sean diagnosed the problem, and swiftly returned with the replacement part (it had to be ordered) that fixed our washing machine. I also had great response when I called them.

On a side note, and unrelated to Landers’ superb performance, I will never buy GE appliances again! This is an expensive washer (model GFW850SPN4RS) and matching GE dryer that has never worked as well as our previous 20-year old Kenmore appliances. The washing machine has so many options that it we had to put the manual on top of the washer so we can refer to it whenever the machine beeps or the lights blink. The dryer also has many settings. Unfortunately, only one of them completely dries a full load of clothes, and that’s the simple, manual setting of ‘Timed Dry’, full heat and 90 minutes. We spent way too much money on “features” that we never use.

Bottom line:
Appliance problems ->call Landers!
Purchase decisions ->avoid GE!
Malcolm was awesome on both trips to replace my ice maker

And as great as Landers is, Dino makes them even better. Is there nothing this man can’t fix? Anyone who ever watched the television medical drama House and marveled at the diagnostic powers of Dr. House will recognize a similar, perhaps superior, skill set in Dino. Great customer Service
I am a longtime customer of Landers Appliance Repair. They show up
when they promise. They always offer options other than repair. Technicians are courteous. Today (October 29, 2025), the ice maker in my refrigerator was broken. The technician, Donte, was on time, polite & fixed the ice maker in under an hour. I highly recommend this appliance repair company.
Fast and competent service and I feel they are people you can trust to do it right.
