The bigger oven of our two-oven/cooktop gas appliance had stopped working during a busy week to include bread baking. We were able to use our smaller oven and countertop smart oven to bake the bread. The oven lights also would not turn off. Landers was available later that week to have someone come out and look at the oven, however, our schedule would not accommodate that. During the weekend, the oven lights did reset and operate as expected. When the Landers tech showed up, everything was working as it should. He did indicate that if a similar failure occurs within 30 days, the cost of diagnostic would be covered. He also took the time to share with me his thoughts on oven/stove top cleaning along with thoughts on gas versus electric versus induction ovens.
