Founded in 1885, the Mission has been serving the needs of the poor and the homeless in the City. Their focus shifted slightly during WWII when they began caring for men with severe alcohol and drug related addictions. The Helping Up Mission serves over 900 meals a day and houses more than 400 men each night!
