In the age of planned obsolescence, Landers has become my go-to for appliance repair. Friendly, professional and fast service with fair prices.
I called install a new bosch to replace the old 1986 dishwasher that finally called it quits. From the quote to the install the emoyees were professional, reasonable and knowledgeable. The inatallation technician didn’t leave the house a mess or any trash. A+++
Repair person Steven came to assess problem with out dryer. He was very helpful and clear about what would need to be done.

Quick response. Wall oven stopped working. They were the only service company that actually answered their phone. Next day service and had part in stock, so all was fixed in just a few days. Repairman was very knowledgeable and helpful through the process. Will use again for sure.
Came in did his job very professional,was very positive.
Icemaker replaced under warranty. Technician did an excellent job and with quick turnaround.
Old School Craftsmanship, Top-Tier Service

Had an awesome experience with Landers Appliance and especially Rob, the tech who came out. This guy is the real deal—multimeter in hand, diagnosing the issue the right way, not just guessing and swapping parts like so many others do. When something wasn’t adding up, he didn’t hesitate—called GE’s appliance support directly and had them walk him through which pins and voltages to test. Textbook troubleshooting.

Rob and I joked about the “parts cannon” techs we’ve both known from our auto mechanic days—guys who couldn’t diagnose a dead battery with the lights off. That’s not Rob. He’s methodical, sharp, and genuinely cares about doing the job right the first time.

This was old-school, professional appliance repair at its best. No fluff, no BS—just expertise and results.

Only one place I’ll be calling from now on: Landers. And if I can request a tech? Rob every time.

Excellent service – George came this morning and diagnosed our fridge very quickly. I’ve been using Landers for over 30 years and all of our appliances get serviced by them.
Their sales people are very helpful as well.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Very fair pricing and no requirement to pay before the visit. Very willing to perform a repair if needed on the first visit, unlike other Repair Services that will not perform any repairs on the first visit. The technician was very knowledgeable about our freezer water leak and very thorough. Clearly explained the problem and repaired it immediately. I would certainly use Landers repair services again and give them my highest recommendation.

Brandon, a Landers home appliance technician, came to diagnose our ailing refrigerator June 27. The freezer worked but the refrigerator did not. Not only is Brandon personable and really competent, he visibly cares about his work. He is willing to share his expertise. He is confident in his work. He was the exact same when he came to fix our dishwasher. He even shared the broken refrigerator fan part number!! We decided on a new replacement refrigerator even though the Kenmore was only 8 years old. Planned obsolescence and/or poor design is really disappointing. Should we need home appliance repair again, we will request Brandon by name. A rare find.

I was very impressed with all aspects of my Sub Zero refrigerator repair and replacement of the ice cube maker. The refrigerator being 25 +/- years old, I did not have much hope that it could be repaired. Landers made the whole process easy.

My compliments on their communication processes. At no time was I not informed of appointments or parts availability.

Came 3 days before scheduled appointment!!! Fantastic service. Unfortunately the part that was needed is no longer made. The machine is twenty plus years old.

I couldn’t say too many positive things about our experience with Landers Appliance. Customer service was exceptional. The technician was terrific and arrived on time. He called 20 minutes before he arrived. Gave me a chance to be home. He was thorough, cleaned up after himself and even though we didn’t like what he ended up telling us about our dryer, we appreciated his honesty. We will definitely be customers again.

Dino is a gem. He not only does a good job, he is a delightful person. It is as if a friend came to help.

We have an 18 yo ge monogram
Hubby left the freezer door ajar overnight…
In the am … both temps were way off…
We were told to empty fridge, turn off breaker for 48 hours with both doors open…
We don’t know if it will fix the issue… time will tell

Update:
Well I have to say I was skeptical… but hopeful that keeping the refrig off for two days would fix the issue…

After two days of my kitchen being a mess and running up and down the stairs to the basement fridge…

I got up this morning to

0 and 34!!!

I did a happy dance in my messy kitchen
The other good news was the fridge now is almost as clean as when we bought it
