Had an awesome experience with Landers Appliance and especially Rob, the tech who came out. This guy is the real deal—multimeter in hand, diagnosing the issue the right way, not just guessing and swapping parts like so many others do. When something wasn’t adding up, he didn’t hesitate—called GE’s appliance support directly and had them walk him through which pins and voltages to test. Textbook troubleshooting.
Rob and I joked about the “parts cannon” techs we’ve both known from our auto mechanic days—guys who couldn’t diagnose a dead battery with the lights off. That’s not Rob. He’s methodical, sharp, and genuinely cares about doing the job right the first time.
This was old-school, professional appliance repair at its best. No fluff, no BS—just expertise and results.
Only one place I’ll be calling from now on: Landers. And if I can request a tech? Rob every time.
