Robert, our repairman, assessed our washing machine and said we needed a new bearing, which had to be ordered. He told us how much it would be to repair and we decided to follow that route. He came back within the week and repaired the washer. We had been given a window of time for his arrival and given an update when it looked like it would be closer to the latest arrival time. Felt bad for Robert because the weather was horrid and he didn't leave our house until around 7:30 on a Friday evening but he remained professional, efficient and polite…not sure i would have handled such a long day as well! I have nothing but good things to say about Landers and their crew of workers!
