My 12-year-old GE Profile microwave broke on a Friday at 4:00 pm. I immediately called Landers and talked to Julian. I told him my mother is receiving hospice care at home and the reasons I needed a working microwave. He was very sympathetic. By Sunday, Julian had emailed me detailed information on a replacement microwave. I paid for it electronically and he processed the order. By Thursday, the microwaved arrived at the store. Sean called me and scheduled installation the following day, even though service appointments were heavily booked. It’s an under-cabinet microwave, and the template for drilling holes to bolt it to the cabinet was WRONG. It took two very patient Landers service guys TWO hours to install. I was a Nervous Nelly and not very polite. For this I apologize. I don’t even remember their names. I am grateful to Landers and its employees for their sympathy, dedication to customer service and professionalism!

Tech arrived ahead of schedule. Yeah! Analyzed washing machine problem, resolved it. Advised tenant how to operste for maximum efficiency. Gave me an update. 30 days warranty. Tenant thrilled; finally able to wash. My regret is that I did not contact Landers sooner rather than as a last resort. Will definitely refer others.

Awesome customer service, came out to diagnose refrigerator, service tech was there on time,professional and knowledgeable, diagnosed problem within couple minutes had me up and running next day when part came in!
Easy to schedule an appointment. Very fair pricing and no requirement to pay before the visit. Very willing to perform a repair if needed on the first visit, unlike other Repair Services that will not perform any repairs on the first visit. The technician was very knowledgeable about our freezer water leak and very thorough. Clearly explained the problem and repaired it immediately. I would certainly use Landers repair services again and give them my highest recommendation.
Two weeks later the refrigerator started making bad noises like an unbalanced fan. Called Landers and Chris the technician came out again to check it out. I played a recording of the noise, that he agreed was not normal, unrelated to the freezer problem. Checked out the fan thoroughly. He refused to accept any payment because it was within the warranty window, even though the problem was unrelated to the original.
Landers and Chris are simply the best!

Exceptional service
I had a desperate situation with my refrigerator, water was spraying like a fire hose from tubing in the back, at a high rate of speed. When I called Landers, not only did they act quickly, they were kind and responded to the sound of panic in my voice. Brittany, who answered the phone, was professional but very understanding of my situation and was able to get someone to my house within hours. Robert, was wonderful, he fixed the problem and fixed the tubing to prevent it from happening again. He also walked me though the process of how to turn off my water to the refrigerator and made some suggestions to improve my water set up. It felt like I was dealing with family members. They went way above and beyond especially for the last call of the day. I will use them for all my appliance needs and can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you Robert and Brittany!
In the age of planned obsolescence, Landers has become my go-to for appliance repair. Friendly, professional and fast service with fair prices.
I called install a new bosch to replace the old 1986 dishwasher that finally called it quits. From the quote to the install the emoyees were professional, reasonable and knowledgeable. The inatallation technician didn’t leave the house a mess or any trash. A+++
Repair person Steven came to assess problem with out dryer. He was very helpful and clear about what would need to be done.

Quick response. Wall oven stopped working. They were the only service company that actually answered their phone. Next day service and had part in stock, so all was fixed in just a few days. Repairman was very knowledgeable and helpful through the process. Will use again for sure.

Icemaker replaced under warranty. Technician did an excellent job and with quick turnaround.
Old School Craftsmanship, Top-Tier Service

Had an awesome experience with Landers Appliance and especially Rob, the tech who came out. This guy is the real deal—multimeter in hand, diagnosing the issue the right way, not just guessing and swapping parts like so many others do. When something wasn’t adding up, he didn’t hesitate—called GE’s appliance support directly and had them walk him through which pins and voltages to test. Textbook troubleshooting.

Rob and I joked about the “parts cannon” techs we’ve both known from our auto mechanic days—guys who couldn’t diagnose a dead battery with the lights off. That’s not Rob. He’s methodical, sharp, and genuinely cares about doing the job right the first time.

This was old-school, professional appliance repair at its best. No fluff, no BS—just expertise and results.

Only one place I’ll be calling from now on: Landers. And if I can request a tech? Rob every time.
