Landers Appliance is such a great company! I contacted them this morning and they had someone out within a couple of hours. I didn't have to worry about being given a lengthy timeframe, they told me exactly when they would arrive and they arrived on time. The service was fantastic. Steve took a look at our fridge and knew exactly what the issue was. He clearly explained our options and gave his honest opinion. You can't beat their 30 day service call warranty! We will definitely call them back if we run into any issues in the future.

My initial initial service request was assessed < minutes upon entry. The second service request was addressed <five minutes and the part became available and ready for install with him one week. Both times I was contacted at least twenty five minutes prior to arrival to allow me to prepare. Upon return Stephen Did a great job. Efficient, swift and focused. He also brought his own shoe covers! ☆All those things matter to me☆ Thank you!

Landers was able to be on site two days after our washing machine broke. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Probably the only item to note is that the cost of the visit is not taken out of repair costs.

Once again, the service was great, even if the machine we got a couple of years ago seems to require repair every few months – unlike the one we had for thirty-some years, without the computer stuff. Sigh. But Chris was great.

Highly recommend Landers! After having been told by another company that it would probably be cheaper to replace my washing machine than fix it,( it's only 4 years old) I remembered Landers. They had done work for me before. I was able to get a technician out in 2 days. The young gentleman (Dontae) that came out was very nice and VERY knowledgeable. It only took him about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem and had it fixed and running in less than an hour. Saved me about $500! I was beyond happy with the service!

The ice maker in my refrigerator quit working and I was convinced I would have to buy a new one. There are not a lot of companies that repair appliances anymore since they are all designed for planned obsolescence. I found Landers through a post in my community group. They came out within 2 days. More my schedule than theirs. The technician arrived promptly. He removed the ice maker and immediately knew what the problem was. He showed it to me and explained the issue, which I really appreciated. The best thing was that he had a replacement ice maker with him and installed it within 10 minutes. It now makes perfect ice! I also had an issue with the microwave over my stove. He reviewed it and said that while he could fix it, it didn’t make financial sense to do so. I also appreciated that honesty. I highly recommend Landers and was completely satisfied.

Landers is the best. Almost want an appliance to break down to benefit from their service.

I contacted Landers when my Gaggenau refrigerator started freezing my food. Vito came out to diagnose the issue as a failed thermistor, ordered the part, and installed it about a week later. Fairly straightforward, all work done in a timely manner. It's a high end appliance, so I expected to pay a premium for the repair, but overall the refrigerator has been very good and was certainly worth fixing.

Both technicians were prompt and courteous. Second technician was able to diagnose the issue and returned several days later and installed a new motor and my dryer works great.

I was able to get an appointment for a repair the day after I called. A courteous technician came on time and fixed my dishwasher. Landers charges $200 just for the service call, but the technician didn’t charge any extra because the problem was so minor. Very good experience.
