These people will do what they say ……for a fair and reasonable cost… Their technicians are always professional and properly trained…..😅( what we have experienced from Landers, is pretty much the opposite of what we experienced at 95% of other businesses that we deal with for other services like plumbing and electric and HVAC… ) I wish there were other companies like Landers in the other trades🙈…. Unfortunately, in this day and age old-fashioned service like Landers appliance… Is nearly impossible to find…

Good communication. On time. Quick. Super nice. And he fixed it! (Replaced an ice maker)
Called and scheduled, showed up when they said they would and fixed it within an hour. (oven issue) Can’t ask for more! Would recommend. Also personally I like that they charge a service fee that doesn’t go towards the repair because then it doesn’t feel like you are being upsold on a repair imo.
Steve is the best!
Thankfully George from Landers was able to repair my 15yo fridge. Great service.
Repair per was knowledgeable
Service was delayed because of part availability. Part received and service scheduled. Tech should up early and replaced the part. Service tech was great from Landers appliance.

Repair man showed up on time Diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner at a fair price. Good experience.
CJ was a great tech. Took his team to find a solution.
Dante was knowledgeable about the problem with my stove. It took less than a week for the part to come in and he repaired it in less than ten minutes. I highly recommend Landers and Dante.

CJ was the most considerate and thoughtful person. He did not have a part he needed on his truck, but could get the part from a fellow technician, came back and completed the job. Our washer is an older model, he honestly told us to have it fixed as long as there are parts available—they don’t make washers like they used to. I would recommend CJ anytime. Definitely an honest person you can depend on.

Sean did a professional job estimating repair of our 20+ year old Thermidor LP gas cooktop. He explained why it couldn’t be fixed (no parts) and had a sales representative call at my request. First class service!

After having several different appliance repair groups scratch their heads about why our icemaker kept failing, we called Landers. Scheduling was pleasant and at our convenience. They then did their usual careful analysis, discovered the problem, and helped us get the problem permanently fixed with the manufacturer.
