Our service repair records line up with information published recently in a leading consumer magazine regarding dishwasher reliability. We have found a substantially higher need for repair regarding LG (formerly Lucky Goldstar) compared to most other brands. In speaking with customers looking for a new dishwasher most are concerned with how well the dishwasher cleans the dishes and how easy they are to use since there is very little difference in the EPA’s Energy Efficiency rankings and basic noise levels in similarly priced models. Customers seldom take into account repair history when considering a new dishwasher and they should!!!
