These optimal temperatures will keep your food fresh and reduce energy strain on your fridge. Outside of your fridge, your home’s thermostat should be set at about 70° for optimal efficiency. If your kitchen is warmer than that, your fridge will use more energy to keep everything cool, which you may see in your energy bill!
